Airport and Ground Operations
This course designed to learn how to apply the techniques of collaborative decision making (CDM) in the context of airports (A-CDM) and ground operations, and how to unleash the power of shared information so that the impact of decisions on the work of the partners’ operations becomes visible. Learn how to build trust among partners to ensure the willingness to both share information and use the shared information, resulting in better-informed decisions and increase the efficiency of airports and the on-time-performance of ground operations.

Annex 14 VOL.i & ii : Aerodrome Design and Operation
The target of this course is to support the implementation of the ICAO Annex 14, Volume i & ii Standards and Recommended Practices (SARPS) in their aerodromes to achieve compliance.Implementation activities of Annex 14. The course will make use of relevant documentation such as Doc. 9981: PANS Aerodromes and will prepare the audience for the ICAO Aerodrome Certification course
