Airport Terminal and Landside Operations
This course is designed to at an introductory level, how to optimize airport terminal and landside operations, leverage the involvement of the various stakeholders and others in the airport community including airport employees.To understand the importance of providing a positive customer experience from curb to gate that is in harmony with security, facilitation, and health requirements as well as revenue generating activities. This course will explore the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic crisis on the aviation industry and the industry’s response to facilitate recovery .
ICAO Annex 9 – Facilitation (National Fcilitation Programme)
This course designed to provide relevant staff from Civil Aviation Authorities (CAA) and border control authorities with the competencies to deal collectively, in an inter-agency manner, with Annex 9’s facilitation provisions and support development and implementation of a National Air Transport Facilitation Programme (NATFP), National Air Transport Facilitation Committee (NATFC) and Airport Facilitation Committee.
Aircraft Marshalling and Ramp Hand Signals
The Target of this course is to learn the principles of nonverbal ramp communications between the ground and cockpit crew as well as guidance signals for safe operations of Ground Support Equipment (GSE) around the aircraft.
