- The target of this course to provide airport Facilitation Officers with necessary Knowledge, Skills, and Attitudes required to understand basic aviation laws of the State for the development and promulgation of Terminal /landside/handling, and to deal with an appropriate State entity vested with the necessary authority to ensure compliance with the regulations
