- his AGL3, ICAO Annex 14 Airfield Lighting Design Training Course teaches the skill base needed to correctly design CATI, CATII, CATIII compliant AGL Systems. AGL3 includes modules in how to interpret and problem solve solutions related to ICAO and regional CAA policy and compliance issues and obstacles.
