SMART Airport Operations and Management - Aviation Digital Innovation

This course addresses the main concepts of AIM and the evolution to AIM, explains the AIM products and their ICAO reference documents, familiarizes participants with the AIS data process, provides a good overview of the digital data sets and Aeronautical Data Catalogue, and explains the importance of data quality in the context of AIM.

This course designed to provide participants with a comprehensive overview of the key principles to follow to effectively manage wildlife hazard and the habitat at their aerodrome.To review the latest developments in methods and techniques, technology and equipment, and investigates the safety measures to adopt regarding wildlife and habitat management as part of an aerodrome’s Safety Management System (SMS).

This course is designed to at an introductory level, how to optimize airport terminal and landside operations, leverage the involvement of the various stakeholders and others in the airport community including airport employees.To understand the importance of providing a positive customer experience from curb to gate that is in harmony with security, facilitation, and health requirements as well as revenue generating activities. This course will explore the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic crisis on the aviation industry and the industry’s response to facilitate recovery .
